Ensuring the Best Experience

At The beauty house, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Beauty Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment requires you at pay 50% of the treatment.

No shows will be asked to pay 50% before rebooking

If you are more then 10 minutes late for your appointment you may be turned away and will be charged 50% of the appointment.

we have appointments back to back most days and can’t be running behind as it’s not fair clients have places to be after they’ve been treated.

When booking an appointment a deposit will be required, 50% if under £20 and £10 if £20 or more.Which is NON refundable

I hate to sound a grump and that I’m moaning at everyone because I know people have genuine reasons as to why they can’t come or they’re late. But it only takes 2 seconds to let us know
